Technological level: we employ over 100 people for research and development, including more than 20 senior engineers. The whole company relies on the Technical and Development Dept., under whose macro-management and supervision, the subsidiary manufacturing works are responsible for products development by themselves. The Technical and Development Dept. is mainly accountable for development of key products of the company, namely, nonwoven fabric production equipment, non-textile machineries, reform of old textile machineries and other products of the same importance. It also takes the responsibility of supervision and technical support for new products development and test and appraisal of these new products, in addition to the checkup of techniques in the subsidiary manufacturing works.
Equipment level: we own modern and precise machines and metal plate manufacturing equipment, advanced digitalized machine tools, PC controlled automatic solid warehouse and CAD workstation as well as imported processing center of the highest level, FMC, static powder painting and assembly line, laser cutting machine. Furthermore, we are also equipped with various metal cutting machine tools, forging facilities and other advanced design, technic and test ability, which offer us quite strong manufacturing capability. |
