 QC system operation:
Our quality control system is in strict accordance with the quality manuals and procedure documents as required by ISO9001 Standard, and all departments manage their manufacturing, quality control and administration under their supervision. In fact, our quality system, since the certification, has been continuously upgraded to ensure stability and efficiency.
ISO9000 certification history:
We passed ISO9001 certification as early as 1996, and then passed the re-certification in January 2000, and in 2003 we again we got the new certificate of ISO:2000.
Quality control:
To establish the management policy of “Survival through quality”; insist on enterprise policy of “Quality first, Customer foremost” and enterprise value ideal of “Better quality and service is our pursuance forever”; implement the human-based “double-excellence” project; push the “famous brand” strategy through target management and two-level responsibility system; form a scientific and efficient quality control operation system with clear aims, fully completed management, all-round rules and strict examination.
Since 1996 when we first implemented ISO9001, we have been strictly abiding by all the requirements of ISO9001 Standard System in all aspects and conduct quality control exactly according to the procedure and supporting documents of ISO9001. In recent years, the sytem has been continuously improved and upgraded and now it is operating not only stably but also efficiently.
To make us more competitive in the new “millennium of quality” and realize the aim of “famous enterprise and top-ranking products in the world”, Qingdao Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. started the “flawless products” quality control project from May 2001, which is targeted at building a totally new “flawless” quality management ideal among all employees as well as further upgrading our quality with higher standards and more strict requirements based on the “flawless quality control implementation project”.
We believe that Qingdao Textile Machinery (Holdings) Co., Ltd. will achieve a qualitative leap-forward in the new millennium of quality. |
